Andrew Dodson

Andrew is the CEO and a founding partner of Banner. In addition to being in private practice for 10 years, he has been both principal and partner in multiple startups in both the non-profit and business worlds. His work revolves around helping people discern deep meaning and purpose and aligning these in high conflict situations and periods of major transition, both in personal and organizational life. He specializes in aggressive, transformative change in the form of focused individual work, marital therapy and individual and marital intensives. He received his doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Through his decades of working with abuse victims, Tom has become one of the country's leading experts in helping individuals, families and churches navigate the complexities of abuse situations. Tom is highly sought after internationally for his experience coaching individuals and organizations through the complex personal, relational and legal dynamics involved in abuse situations. He is a pastor of 25 years and the founder and principal of the Psalm 82 Initiative, a refuge and resource for abuse victims.

Nikki has an expertise and a passion for working with couples and families. She works from a systemic perspective, focusing on communication and interactional patterns within relationships and family systems.

Kelly Wise

Kelly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for working with couples and young adults. She is very collaborative in her approach and believes counseling works best when clients feel empowered in decision making and work in partnership with the therapist to discern the path they want to be on. She puts an emphasis on compassion and helping clients understand all behavior makes sense in context.
