He specializes in intentional, transformative change in the form of focused individual work, marital therapy and individual and marital intensives. Tom is highly sought after internationally for his experience coaching individuals and organizations through the complex personal, relational and legal dynamics involved in abuse situations. Nikki has over 10 years of experience providing counseling to individuals learning to cope with loss of independence, sudden life changes, anxiety, grief, loneliness, and depression. Nikki has an expertise and a passion for working with couples and families. She works from a systemic perspective, focusing on communication and interactional patterns within relationships and family systems.

Kelly Wise

Kelly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for working with couples and young adults. She is very collaborative in her approach and believes counseling works best when clients feel empowered in decision making and work in partnership with the therapist to discern the path they want to be on. She puts an emphasis on compassion and helping clients understand all behavior makes sense in context.
