Many of our therapists accept insurance. Where a therapist is out-of-network for your plan, we can provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement. Because it depends on your plan and your counselor, our Care Coordinator will walk you through it before your first visit.

Our team includes licensed therapists at the PhD and master's level, certified neurofeedback technicians, and coaches with decades of pastoral and leadership experience. Every service is led by someone trained and credentialed for the specific work they do.

Most counseling and coaching is available in person in Monroe and by secure video for Louisiana residents, plus other states where our clinicians hold licensure. Coaching and consultation are available by video anywhere. Ask our Care Coordinator about current availability for your service and location.

Fees vary by service, so rather than post a single number that won't fit most situations, we discuss cost openly. Our Care Coordinator will walk you through what applies to you when you reach out.
