Yes, many of our therapists accept insurance. Currently we have therapists in network with Blue Cross and United Healthcare. If one of our therapists does not accept your insurance we can provide superbills for clients who seek out‑of‑network reimbursement; ask our Care Coordinator for details before your first visit.

Our office is at 300 Washington St., Suite 310, Monroe, LA 71201—in the historic downtown district overlooking the Ouachita River. Free parking is available in the adjoining deck.

We work with individuals, couples and families on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction recovery, marital conflict and “failure‑to‑launch” challenges. Sessions integrate evidence‑based therapies with Christian formation. EMDR and Trauma Focused counseling is available.

Yes. Our 2‑ to 3‑day marriage & family intensives deliver concentrated, outcome‑oriented care for crises like infidelity, addiction or entrenched conflict, led personally by Dr. Andrew Dodson.

Most counseling and coaching services are available in‑person at Monroe and via secure video for Louisiana residents (and additional states where our clinicians hold licensure). Ask during intake for current telehealth availability. All coaching and consultation is available via video in any location.
