Partner, Care Coordinator

Amy is a founding partner of Banner whose vision for healing helps shape the care and concern clients experience. She helps guide Banner’s direction, develops meaningful partnerships and services, and nurtures the welcoming culture people feel from the moment they walk through the door. Above all, Amy is passionate about making sure the hurting and vulnerable are seen, heard, and connected to the help and hope they need.

Tom Pryde

High Conflict Coach

Through his decades of working with abuse victims, Tom has become one of the country's leading experts in helping individuals, families and churches navigate the complexities of abuse situations. Tom is highly sought after internationally for his experience coaching individuals and organizations through the complex personal, relational and legal dynamics involved in abuse situations. Nikki Eidt, LPC

Therapist

With over 10 years of experience, Nikki walks with individuals through anxiety, grief, loneliness, depression, and sudden life change. She has a special passion for couples and families, working from a systemic perspective that brings clarity to the patterns shaping our closest relationships. Grounded in a solid biblical foundation, she offers a steady, dependable presence, helping clients move from isolation toward connection and from confusion toward lasting hope.

Deacon James

Operations and Neurofeedback

Drawing from years in corporate leadership, Deacon manages operations at Banner and leads the neurofeedback program. He is drawn to neurofeedback for its ability to produce lasting, measurable change, helping clients move toward peace, healing, and genuine strength. Whether building teams or serving clients, Deacon's desire is that every person is living a life rooted in the strengths and gifts God gave them and the calling He has set before them.

Shantray Smith, LPC-S

Therapist and Life Coach

Shantray is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Life Coach. With a masters in marriage and family therapy, she has over 14 years of experience providing Christian counseling to women healing from childhood trauma, abuse, divorce, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. She utilizes EMDR therapy as an additional tool to help clients process the impact of trauma. She blends practical, evidence-based tools with a warm, person-centered style—partnering with clients to build skills, shift patterns, and move toward a steadier, more meaningful life.

John Mabray, M. Div.

Spiritual Formation

With 40 years of pastoral experience, John walks alongside people in their interior life with Christ, helping them nurture their faith, discern God's will, and overcome obstacles to spiritual growth with joy and peace. He also offers premarital and marriage mentoring from a pastoral perspective. John brings not just theology, but a shepherd's heart, to everyone he serves. John holds an M.Div. from Columbia Theological Seminary.

Whit Bass, M. Div.

Spiritual Formation

Whit has walked with people through life's most demanding moments since 1993, serving in congregations, hospice settings, and the workplace. His ministry is marked by deep spiritual intervention and strategic prayer, carrying a chaplain's heart into every setting. Additionally, as a work-life coach, Whit has helped people find footing in God's presence amid the pressures of work and life. He holds both an M.Div. and a Chaplaincy endorsement.

Joel Tetreau, D. Min.

Spiritual Formation

Dr. Joel Tetreau brings a robust theological framework and over three decades of counseling and coaching experience to the team. He specializes in navigating delicate situations with steady advice and wise counsel. Joel holds a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Counseling and Church Administration and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. In addition to his role as Director of Partnerships at the Institute of Biblical Leadership, he serves as adjunct faculty at Calvary University and is the Founding Pastor of Southeast Valley Bible Church. He is the author of four books and has served in vocational ministry since 1990.

David Lindsay

Spiritual Formation

David is a passionate Christian spiritual mentor with over 20 years of experience in pastoral counseling and ministry leadership. With a B.A in Theology and a M.A. in Marriage & Family Counseling, he brings a rich blend of biblical wisdom, educational insight, and practical guidance to every mentoring
relationship. His pastoral care and spiritual formation equips him to walk compassionately and wisely alongside those seeking clarity, healing, and growth. His mission is to help individuals and families move boldly into their God-given purpose—spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

Kelly Wise, LMFT

Therapist

Kelly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for working with couples and young adults. She is very collaborative in her approach and believes counseling works best when clients feel empowered in decision making and work in partnership with the therapist to discern the path they want to be on. She puts an emphasis on compassion and helping clients understand all behavior makes sense in context.

Kendall Robinson, PLPC, ASAT-C

Therapist

Kendall works with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. He helps clients understand their stories, take ownership of what they can control, and move toward healing and meaningful change. Kendall takes a whole-person approach, recognizing that mental health is connected to physical health, relationships, lifestyle, and spiritual life. He is a trained Brainspotting practitioner and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist candidate.
